About LEAN Ambassadors LEAN Ambassadors are grassroots Labor members who volunteer to help raise awareness about the climate change emergency. Ambassadors visit Labor branches to discuss climate change and the case for urgent action. LEAN has a national presentation and branch hand outs, explaining the latest science, mitigation and adaptation policies on climate change. We encourage branches to pass a national LEAN motion, and for ALP members to get involved with LEAN to help combat climate change. Ambassador Training
All LEAN Ambassadors receive training in how to give the presentation. This training includes information on climate change, updates on the latest science, and basic public speaking advice. Any Labor member is welcome to come to the training - even if you do not want to become an Ambassador, it is a great way to learn more about climate change and meet fellow Labor members. You can register to become a LEAN Ambassador by signing up on our "Become an Ambassador" page. Click here for Ambassador Resources.
