Now THIS is a heavyweight text: the book from the UK Govt's Feb 06 "Avoiding Climate Change" Conference is listed at http://www.defra.gov.uk/environment/climatechange/internat/dangerous-cc.htm. You can download the whole (very comprehensive) book. Note that this is the official UK Govt climate change campaign site. Bit more on the front foot than Australia (including the States).
